MKTG 348 Into To SEO Week 2

In chapter one it is an introduction to SEO or search engine optimization. It covers things like ads on google (Google Adwords) and search engine results. For my own experiment I chose to search a common term for me "Car For Sale" to see what results would come up. Here are my results: The first 4 results were all ads. The first was a link to car gurus a site to find reviews on cars. The next three where sites that people can sell cars on like auto trader and carmax.
The other part of this chapter was all about digital marketing at its basics CASA. This is content adwords, social, analytics. These are the basic principals of digital marketing and when used together can create great marketing campaigns and increase profits.Image result for google adwords

MKTG 348 Week 9 Intro To SEO

I have been staying away from Introduction to SEO the past few weeks because I have been writing thing that are prominent in SEO and AI. The trade off was this is a smaller book and I will still get through the entire thing. Chapter 5 is try see. In this chapter we are walked through the process of using SEO on our blog. This process will gain page views by the use of links. We also dive into basic HTML. The main point of the chapter is to get your feet wet when implementing SEO.

MKTG 348 Week 10 Surfing The Tsunami

The last chapter of Surfing The Tsunami is what to do next. This chapter has example of what to do after you finish the book. When I read this the first thing I know I want to study is Tableau. This software is really prominent in the analytics field of data visualization. Another thing I want to study is a programing software like R or C++. I believe that if I am able to learn these programs that my resume will fit most entry level jobs in analytics or digital marketing.
